Change in Attitude with relate to Career

Today i just go through this article on a site. I'm just uploading it for myself and others career purpose......
In  career, nothing matters more than the attitude. It is a more powerful driver of success than skill, experience, or even luck. But how do your control your attitude, day in and day out? For most people, this is the challenge they cannot overcome.
I've been thinking quite a bit about this challenge lately, and I've come to believe that for most people there are a few elements that make all the difference between being downtrodden and delighted:
1. Maintain a growth mindset. According to Stanford University psychologist Carol Dweck, there are two types of mindsets you can have with regards to your talent and abilities. You can view them as fixed or as something you can grow. People who see their talents as fixed consistently fall short versus those who believe that they can acquire new abilities through effort and hard work.
So the first step towards changing your attitude is to recognize that you can grow your abilities. Abandon any notion that you are not smart, talented, or experienced enough. If you are willing to work hard, you can grow into any challenge.
2. Use a growth mindset to increase your competence. In today's economy, you have to be good at something that other people value... and you have to get better at it over time. Fortunately, once you adopt a growth mindset, you will understand that increasing your skill level is a direct function of the effort you invest in getting better.
I'd like to suggest that you consider who controls your fate at work, and focus your energy on increasingly the skills that person or group most values in you. This may not be your direct supervisor; it may be that person's boss, or it may be the owner of your firm.
It may sound obvious to say 'get better at what your organization needs you to do', but the simple fact is that most people miss this obvious path forward. They do the same thing, day after day. They don't grow. Most importantly, they don't aspire to grow.
Be different. Resolve to grow your competence level.
3. The best talent is bringing out talent in others. No matter what your profession, the work you personally produce every day is not nearly as important as the impact you have on other people. Why? There are MANY other people and only one you. If you are a talented programmer but consistently negative and divisive, eventually your career will suffer.
Bringing out talent in others is not the same as managing others. You can bring out the best in your boss, in co-workers, in friends and casual acquaintances. The more you do this, the more people will value having you around.
There's no magic formula for succeeding in this regard. In fact, the most essential step is to simply recognize that, no matter what, you need to be a person who brings out the best in others. Listen to others. Value what they have to say, even if you don't agree. Treat them with respect.
Nothing changes your attitude faster than thinking, "Help this person" every time you interact with another person. Yes, I said every time.
4. Find meaning in what you do. Money is important, no doubt. But if money is your prime motivation, you put yourself at a distinct disadvantage. You will make decisions that are bad for your colleagues and customers. People will perceive you as greedy instead of good to be around.
No matter what you do, to manage your own attitude you will need to find meaning in your work. This is a highly personal choice, but it is a critical one. If you perceive your work as meaningful, you will have the energy to work hard enough to grow day after day.
It may take some thought and creativity, but to change your attitude you will need to change your perception of the role of meaning in your work.
Meaning can come from...
  • mastering a craft
  • elevating the lives of others
  • being part of a team
  • supporting your family
  • setting an example for your kids
  • doing what you were born to do
  • overcoming obstacles
  • constantly growing
Add it all up, and here's what you get:
Week after week, I'm growing, increasing my skills, helping others, and doing something that's meaningful to me."

How to Create Time

Today i read this article in linkedin. I like it. for that i'm posting this article in my blog.Plz read and give your comment.

Clocks and calendars are my enemy, but time is my friend. If I could have anything in the world, it would be more time. I am, like many -- even most-- people on LinkedIn, busy. I love working, I find work fun. I do a lot of things. But even though I work with joy, often it seems like I'm working badly, under cramped and unpleasant conditions, or ineffectively, squandering my days. How do you make a day of joy and order instead of a day of fruitless labor and chaos?
Here are some things I've done to create more time. Some of them work. Actually, all of them work. I just need to practice them.
Eliminate or reduce media. TV, for starters. That's easy. Computers, since I work in tech, and love the internet, is less easy. Smartphones, also not easy. For a while I had my email retrieve messages from the server only at 10AM and at 4PM. That was brilliant. I should do that again. And at another time I spent roughly an hour online in the morning and another hour in the afternoon. Super! I was up to date on all my social media and yet I suddenly felt as if I had cloned myself, I had so much time.
Work offline. A blog post like this one can be written using a paper and pencil, and you're significantly less likely to find yourself, five hours after you started writing it, editing a Wikipedia entry on Even-toed Ungulates. I speak of what I know, friend. Paper, yes. Pencil, yes. Some of my favorite tools are listed on Lifehacker.
Do less. Eliminate activites that are prestigious. Eliminate activities that require you to be around people you can't stand. Eliminate activities that you know are a waste of time that you keep on doing out of habit. Do things that add meaning to your life. Fulfill your responsibilities. Don't do things for people who should be doing them for themselves.
Don't make appointments or schedule meetings. This is difficulty level 8 or 9, but not impossible. One way around this one is the "come by Thursday afternoon" strategy -- that is, not setting a specific time to meet, but being flexible about that time the meeting starts. This is significantly less stressful for everyone and not even less efficient. Well, let's just say it is less stressful for me. I imagine it would drive more OCD or Aspergersy type people around the bend.
Sleep in two shifts. Researchers have discovered that in pre-industrial times, people slept in two shifts, waking in the middle of the night for some solitude, conversations with another person, wondering, or wandering. Then they'd go back to sleep for another stretch. I have been doing this lately, and have been able to get 2-3 hours of uninterrupted creative work done in the middle of the night.
Make time less precious. We are way too efficient, making use of every hour, every minute. When you were a kid, didn't you just spend hours poking sticks in the mud, climbing trees and sitting in them, looking at shells and seaweed that washed up on the shoreline? Time was not precious then, we weren't trying to stuff an accomplishment into every minute every day, we had time for thoughts and feelings. That was good! Any day spent that way was a day of joy and order. There was so much time.

Love and Relationship

Osho says, “Love is not mere an emotion , love is an expression of your whole being.” So it cannot be an overwhelming fleeting and when it passes leaving behind you an empty, shattered in sadness and in sorrow.”

Isn’t love the most precious of all emotions? Love gives wholeness and liberation of whole being. In love the world seems beautiful. Still maintaining the precious feel (love) is like walking the tightrope. At the best display like trapeze artistes love too keeps everyone in the crowd spellbound with their mesmerizing charm like trapeze artistes who keep spectators spellbound with their death defying leaps and acrobatics. So often, gaping a well maintained relationship leaves one open mouth as if one is watching the gravity defying tricks.

In love the care should be taken and the grip shouldn’t be stifling one otherwise it will block the growth of another partner. At the same time tightness (bonding) should be enough to maintain the affinity. A tight grip becomes an exercise of control, stifling the growth in the relationship and a tool for emotional blackmail.

Love is not like owning someone; on the contrary it is the liberation. When someone loves, he or she allows the other to acquire more autonomy through this love.

Love is always mistaken by most of us as overwhelming emotions. Flowing in an emotion ,overwhelms one and blurs the vision .The person loses clarity. As a result whatever comes in the name of overwhelming love comes out as wrong. Losing in emotion is like walking in black cloud, in which one gets lost.

Love is a blissful emotion. Love flow through us in balanced state of our being. Therefore in love we gain tremendous insight, clarity, sensitivity, awareness. To acquire the power of love a patient investment of commitment is required to achieve it. Therefore very few people realizes this true realization of life, others simply chase the boundary instead of map.

To create true love in life it has to be taken out from the emotional grip, the false teaching we received since our birth, and we have to find a route of it, which fortunately passes through us. Unless the love becomes perennial part of our being, it is not much different from pain, suffering and sadness.
Often people claim being in love but reality show them otherwise. As they seem to perennially live in skeptics or insecurities about the relationship either begging or seeking.

Love is a confidence always stems out unconditionally.
There is not any gain and lose in love as it gives the moments to cherish.
Love also gives a means to create something permanent in our lives.
